I bought a Wii this Christmas and it's been okay so far. I just wanted to give a small review of Dance Dance Revolutions, DDR or whatever it's called. In short: big, obvious problems. One the announcer is monotonous. Why isn't there a way to shut it off? How many times can one hear "This groove is almighty"? "This is awesome!" etc.? Minute after minute, hour after hour he says the same 4 sentences. The workout mode is RIDICULOUS!! It stops after every song. Then one gets scored, picks a new song, etc. How can it be a workout if every 1 minute I spend a minute getting graded and choosing a new song? How STUPID is this? Who did the user testing for this game? I should be able to pick a song and dance to it in a loop until I click something, or it should automatically cycle through songs without stopping...just like a DJ at a dance would do. Imagine that! It's really not so hard to imagine something like that. Cripes. This game would be pretty cool if one didn't have to spend as much time picking a song as dancing to one, and if one didn't have to listen to the same monotonous phrases "YESSSS!" over and over. Please, come out with another version that fixes these two obvious, simple things. Turning off the announcer is easy to do, programmatically, and so is a workout mode where the game cycles through songs one after another until the goal is met.

How come people are so stupid sometimes? This isn't rocket science.
